- Steve Lopez, Take TwoSteve Lopez’s left arm felt like a piece of saltwater taffy. Sitting backstage at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, the UFC’s newest lightweight silently suffered while doctors worked to find the best angle for repairing his dislocated shoulder. The first try didn’t take, so they gave it another shot, stretching and pulling the limb in every directio […]
- From The Mouth of MirOn his motorcycle accident “Because it was a clean break, I was told that I could come back and still play ‘full contact sports’ – as the doctor said it. I don’t think he realized the extent of it. (Laughs) But he got the point that I needed to be able to take a really hard shot from really crazy and stupid angles. That was what I asked him. ‘It’s not re […]

- Meat Cleaver Plans Austin UpsetWhen Julio Paulino went down a couple of weeks prior to UFC 116, Forrest Petz got the kind of phone call blue-collar Clevelanders aren’t normally accustomed to—how’d you like to go to Las Vegas and take on a Ninja on very short notice?For a cage veteran like Petz though, a former forklift operator who’s been around the block a few times and still works in pu […]
- Mirko's Memorable MomentsKO 1 Igor Vovchanchyn – PRIDE Total Elimination 2003 – August 10, 2003“Right leg hospital, left leg cemetery.” Maybe the greatest, and certainly the most intimidating, quote in mixed martial arts history, and it definitely applies to the fighting style of Cro Cop, who used his signature left head kick to blast out the vastly underrated Vovchanchyn out in the […]

@Trigunflame
Fedor is scared of the competition , who gets offered 30 million and turns it down. Also the UFC people he has fought are nothing compared to Brock/Carwin/Velasquez. The best are in the UFC and he knows that and his manager is not willing to let him go lose a fight , because once he loses he’s not worth as much. I don’t think you understand the payouts between M1 and UFC , there night and day.
You can tell they have been up all night.
@Monarch816 Who exactly is Fedor scared of? He’s only beaten every UFC champion that he’s ever faced; that would be 5-6 of them. Seems to me he did what an Intelligent business man would do; make as much money as you can, while you can. For him, that was StrikeForce – being that he gets a check not-only from them, but a cut from M-1 Global as well; as they co-promote his fights with whichever organization he is apart of at the time. Only a Fool would take a pay cut @ his level with that record.
dana white showing a lot of work promoting mixed martial arts!!! cool and busy dude
@ravenpwns Oh and No, Fighting is not a sport; “Fighting” is a generalization.
@statixification He’s the boss what do you expect,ur an idiot lol
dana is probably loaded up the ass
@ravenpwns UFC Isn’t a sport; it’s an organization. Boxing & MMA are sports. Use the proper nomenclature if you intend on correcting someone.
@statixification
Only because Fedor is scared , and if you think all them fighters are “On the grind” you obviously do not understand how much they make compared to what other fighters make.
@AmadeusExcello FIGHTING is a “SPORT” and i said UFC is the best of them, ie” UFC is better than Boxing (Mike Tyson etc) so you’re the MORON!!!
Learn to know professional fighting is a SPORT.
@tsjca213
Indeed, WEC is constantly putting out amazing events. The events may not have a whole lot of star power but holy crap they are some great fights. Just look at Korean Zombie vs Leonard Garcia.
@FrankGarrett316 of the WORLD!!!
@morph995 Most of strikeforce fighters are fighters that wasn’t good enough in the ufc. Although i didn’t like the ufc management befor i now realize that i enjoy allmost every fight they put on. ufc and wec is top notch
Dana White for President………….of the USA
@statixification how are the fighters supposed to be the stars unless the boss promotes it!! douche
@statixification ummm how about rampage jackson and randy couture staring in movies. Chuck in Dancing with the stars…
Dana love the brutal honesty, and loved you on O and A. Jimmy Norton is a funny neckless fuck.
Dana’s having fun all the time on talk shows and stuff. And the fighters are on the grind. The fighters should be the stars, not him.
Kudos to Fedor for not signing with that assbag.
Busy week Dana. Good Luck!
@marvo75 such an ass licker
@morph995 wec are better
hahaha!! Saying that his very own game sucks is gold right there!! It’s always nice to see a big huge guy act like everybody else! Dana’s the man!!
@kswizzy99 i support my country. But i admit bisping is not good. If he doesnt beat dan miller than……
but i support hardy more xD EVEN if he is cocky
haha dana saying he hates the game lol
Strikeforce puts on the best events these days…UFC is watered down…too many gimme fights and too many fights that don’t make sense
